🔄 7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled on an isolated basis and are exclusively applicable if you receive wrong, physically damaged, or fundamentally defective inventory. 📦 8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

All requested COD orders are subject to manual text or phone verification routines. Providing fraudulent data or intentionally refusing parcels upon arrival may result in your address being flagged, leading to a permanent restriction of COD access across our store in the future. Customers are responsible for arranging parcel acceptance at delivery time.
